Double Down - Rum Pairing Event
About this event
An evening built around Papiamento Rum, matched course for course with Caribbean cooking. Five pairings make up the menu: Papiamento Vodka with corvina, Aruba Style with duck, Caribbean Carnival with pork, Bicentennial with beef, and XO with chocolate. A cigar closes the night. Capped at twenty guests, which is the point — this is a table, not a function room. $150 per person, and seats are reserved by email through the venue's food and beverage desk.
